Chessington Garden Centre Summer Loyalty Night 9 July. Celebrate summer with great food, wonderful company and an evening exclusively for our valued loyalty members. Places are limited, so book now to avoid disappointment.

STARTERS:
Caprese salad
Creamy buffalo mozzarella paired with heritage tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic.
Smoked Salmon 
Delicately smoked salmon served with lemon, dill, capers, horseradish cream and toasted sourdough.

MAINS:
Grilled lemon chicken
Succulent grilled chicken breast served with silky pomme purée, tenderstem broccoli and a rich red wine jus.
Pan-Seared Seabass
Crispy-skinned seabass with crushed new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and a fragrant lemon butter sauce.
Chargrilled Aubergine (V)
Smoky chargrilled aubergine served with smoked hummus, tahini yoghurt and jewelled pomegranate.

DESSERT:
A zesty lemon tart served with fresh raspberries and crème fraîche. (You can opt out of our dessert choice if required)
