Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets to an event at Chessington Garden Centre you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Chessington Garden Centre reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions listed without notice.

· Pre-booked tickets are only valid for a stated day & time slot.

· All children (up to the age of 16) must be accompanied by an adult (maximum of 3 children to one adult).

· Entry to the event can only be gained by presentation of the appropriate ticket or on a mobile device in person. Please arrive ten minutes before your allocated booking time. If for any reason there is a delay in your event start time due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, Chessington Garden Centre will endeavour to admit entry to the event as soon as possible after the allocated time.

· All bookable events are Non Refundable. Refunds are only given if Chessington Garden Centre is closed due to exceptional circumstances. Refunds or any other type of compensation will not be available for disruption of an event that is from situations beyond the control of Chessington Garden Centre.

· In order to purchase tickets online, you will be asked to register for an online Chessington Garden Centre account which will require you to fill in personal details to enable you to process your booking.

· We strongly advise that you ensure that you are able to attend the event on the date and time you have originally chosen before you complete the purchase of your tickets. However, should the need arise for ticket times or dates to be changed, this can be carried out by logging into your online events booking account, clicking into your order history, locating the relevant booking and changing to an available new time slot. Please Note - this function can only be carried out online- the option is not available in-store or over the telephone and a £2.00 administration charge will incur if a booking is changed.

· Chessington Garden Centre cannot be held responsible for any failure of the website which leads to customers being unable to change their bookings dates or times.

· Chessington Garden Centre cannot be held responsible for any cancellation of performances or event due to outside influences (ie weather). In this circumstance we will offer ticket holders an alternative day or time slot. If this is not possible then a full refund will be given. The refund will be processed on presentation of the original ticket within 28 days of the cancellation. In the event of a cancellation by us it is your responsibility to contact us regarding the change of booking or refund.

· Chessington Garden Centre will not be liable for any lost or stolen tickets.

· Chessington Garden Centre reserves the rights to refuse admission to any event.

· Dogs and all other pets (except Guide dogs & Assistance dogs) are not permitted entry into any of the events or within food areas at Chessington Garden Centre.  This is with the exception of Assistant Dogs and some restrictions do apply. Please contact our Customer Service department for further information at Chessington Garden Centre on 01372 725638 or info@chessingtongardencentre.co.uk. Please Note - Assistance dogs are unable to enter our Magic of Christmas experience.

. Chessington Garden Centre in its absolute discretion reserves the right at any time to cancel or amend events, activities, workshops, alter times, prices and services without notice.

. Card payments are made on a secure server with full encryption of all card data. Card details and personal information will be kept secure and in line with Chessington Garden Centre Data Protection Policy.

. Chessington Garden Centre is a company committed to taking all reasonable steps in accommodating the needs of disabled people, enabling them to enjoy the event. Our Christmas Wonderland has been designed with this in mind and ease of access.

. Admission to any event, activity or workshop is at your own risk. Chessington Garden Centre will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages or emotional distress sustained at or during or following the event, activity or workshop including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles.
