At these sessions, we will close to the general public and allow customers with special educational needs or disabilities to access our amazing Wonderland and have a great time. If this does not apply to you then we do ask you book onto one of the other slots we have available by returning to the main booking page.

We understand that the times we have on offer may not be ideal for you and your family. If there is a quieter time that you would like to visit please reach out to us and we will always try and accommodate where possible. For larger groups / classes, please contact us directly.

1 Carer can be admitted for free for each purchase of a standard ticket. Additional adults attending will be required to purchase a ticket.

Prepare for a spellbinding journey through a winter wonderland! Your magical adventure begins beneath the twinkling lights of an enchanted tree, where you'll be read a captivating Christmas tale. Then, venture into a frost-kissed forest filled with sparkling icicles and snow-dusted pines!

Next, discover the sugary delights of the Gingerbread House, where you'll craft your very own sweet gingerbread character to take home. But hold on tight – it's time to board the Chessington Express! This magical train will whisk you away to a snow-capped Christmas town, adorned with dazzling decorations and shimmering trees that will take your breath away.

As your excitement builds, you'll find yourself at the doorstep of Santa's bustling workshop – the final stop before meeting the jolly man himself! Inside, you might spot prancing reindeer, mountains of festive treats, and if you're extra lucky, catch a glimpse of Santa's mischievous elves scurrying about their Christmas tasks!
