Terrarium Workshop
We are excited to welcome back Dr Manos Kanellos, plant physiologist and author for a series of Terrarium Workshops.
Build your own bespoke terrarium to take home with you. All materials are provided.
A terrarium is an interesting alternative to a houseplant and this workshop is a great opportunity to learn how to create your own. A terrarium is a transparent globe or similar clear glass container in which plants are grown, a bit like a miniature garden but for your indoor space.
The workshops begin with an introduction from Dr Manos on how terrariums work and the intricacies of the mini-ecosystem. You will be given all the information on how to care and maintain for your terrarium.
You will then be given all the tools and equipment to build your very own terrarium and will receive one-to-one advice from Manos in a group workshop. Offering you the chance to create a unique terrarium.
Each session will last for a duration of approx 1 hour, please make sure you arrive at the Garden Centre 15 minutes before your session start time to give yourself time to park and find the location.
